For those joining us for Christmas Lunch this year, this is what we have planned. There may be some changes between now and the 25th, but you’ll get the gist!

Cured meats, burrata, figs and tomatoes

Oysters with meyer lemon and fennel granita
Prawns, guancale, avocado, peppers, dried olives, basil
Grilled eggplant, watermelon, pomegranate, shanklish, mint, pinenuts

Crispy skin duck, cherries, hazelnuts
Roast pork, grilled peaches, sage gremolata
Verjus cabbage, roast spuds and garden leaves

Nougat parfait, meringue, poached apricots, lemon balm
